HOW IT WORKS & DISCOUNTS

Each of our services can be selected individually and we will work with you throughout each to ensure you receive the quality and attention to detail we are renowned for supplying. We do however supply discounts if several of our design services are chosen and so you can benefit from selecting a single supplier that can seamlessly carry your design through your day. Equally you are able to benefit from only having to deal with one Company giving you a less stressful planning process as well as obtaining discounted quotes.

Our promise is that if you book up to 2 services with us you will receive an overall discount of 5% and up to 3 services will give you a 10% discount.

Our service to you is of the utmost importance and we will work closely with you to understand and develop a design that suits both your personality and individual styling across all of our services. We are also able to offer suitable services on a strict budget so do not be shy as we can make sure your vision is not compromised and supply you with suitable products that fit with your budget.

For our Stationery, we will go through a design process establishing the wording and overall look of the chosen stationery. Once this is finalised and proofs have been confirmed we can supply your stationery to you usually within 2 weeks but if you do require earlier just let us know and we will adapt to achieve your timelines.

On confirmation of your order we require a 30% deposit to secure and then final balance will be due ahead of delivery.

Our floral design service is offered via a consultation process and once designs are agreed we will detail in a no obligation quote for your review. If you decide to progress an invoice will be raised and issued detailing a 30% deposit will be required to secure. Final balance will also be due ahead of delivery and if this involves venue flowers we would work direct with your venue to agree suitable set up times.

Venue styling with Chair covers & Sashes as well as any hired goods, to secure your chosen items and your Wedding Date we request a £100.00 refundable deposit. This is a security deposit to secure us for your wedding day, full details of goods hired will be detailed through a consultation process and final payment will be due 14 days prior to your Wedding or Special Occasion.

We do pride ourselves on remaining flexible to our clients throughout our processes and understand things can change so any alterations to orders will be adapted to where we can and it is only when balances are paid when we would be unable to make alterations.

We will supply you with a booking form to establish full details of your Wedding or Special Occasion and work directly with your venue to set up and collect following. Once all hired goods are returned in good condition and checked we will refund you your £100.00 deposit within 10 days. Full Terms & Conditions are available and will accompany your booking forma also for your reference.
