1. The prize draw is open to all customers registering their details and are aged 18 or over who are UK residents.
2. Only customers who have not previously registered their details will be entered into the prize draw.
3. Customers will be entered upon completion of the form online at www.madesimplyperfect.co.uk and all required information obtained.
4. A prize draw will take place on the 31^st August 2017.
5. The prize winner will be contacted and announced within 10 days of competition closure.
6. It is the responsibility of the claimant to ensure the information supplied on entering is correct.
